Registration Fees

• *1 Students ID card is required. Please send by E-mail (info@jscc2020.jp).
• *2 Reception party will be held from 18:30 (TBD) on Saturday, 6 June at InterContinental Yokohama Grand.
  *The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) prevented the reception party on June 6.

Early Registration

Early registrants can collect their badges on the 2nd floor, Conference Center of PACIFICO Yokohama.

Please note that the badges will NOT be mailed to early registrants in advance because we introduce a QR code badge printing system for the 61st annual spring meeting.
Early registrantson will be mailed “[JSCC2020] Confirmation of Online Registration” around May 25.
Either print out the QR cord on “[JSCC2020] Confirmation of Online Registration” and bring it to the venue or display it on your smartphone.
Please be sure to wear your badge when you are at the venue.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations and no refund are available under any circumstances such as national disasters.

On-site Registration

You can register on-site at the reception desk for on-site registrants on the 2nd floor, Conference Center of PACIFICO Yokohama.

Payment: JPY Cash payment ONLY.
We cannot take credit card payment. Prepare cash for registration in advance.

Luncheon Seminar Tickets

Participants with a seminar ticket have priority to attend the seminar. The tickets are distributed on the 1st floor, Conference Center of PACIFICO Yokohama.
The number of tickets is limited, and it is a first-come-first-served basis.
Your name badge is required at receiving the ticket. Please make sure you have your name badge with you. Please be informed that it is one ticket per person per day for each seminar, and the ticket will be invalid 5 minutes after the seminar starts.

• Note: The tickets are provided on each day. The distributed ticket on June 6 is only for the seminar on June 6. You cannot use the ticket for the seminar next day.
